Lots of things going on in Nathan Mathes Land. I’ve been playing out pretty regularly, including a really great Record Store Day show yesterday with Greatest Lakes at Rock ‘n’ Roll Land. I’ve got a number of upcoming shows scheduled. Check out the Shows page for details.
I’ve been doing a lot of writing and hope to begin recording a new album sometime in the next couple weeks. The goal is to have that done and ready for release by the end of the year. I’m pretty excited about the new songs and have gotten some positive feed back from some pretty smart people, so that’s good, right?
We’re planning on shooting one last video in support of Roselawn, though. We’re looking for people interested in being extras in a video for “Only One (You’re My Only One)”. If you’re interested, email us at info[at]nathanmathes.com .
There’s a good possibility that I’ll have some more songs in some television shows in the coming months. More details on that as they become available.

We’re nearing completion on a new music video, this one for “To Not Be Sorry.” It should be online within the next couple days. Check back soon.
We’re working diligently on booking some more shows. We should have some dates secured in Green Bay, Chicago, and Minneapolis for the coming months. Again, more details forthcoming.
The Nathan Mathes t-shirts are in! Check out the Store to purchase. We’ve also got some new posters and stickers there as well, all reasonably priced, if I do say so myself.

I‘m really excited to announce that I recently signed with Blue Pie Records to distribute my music online and for music licensing. They’ve got offices all over the globe and represent such iconic artists as The Cars, Chicago, and Peter Noone of Herman’s Hermits!

I’m excited to announce that I’ve been working with Working Brilliantly PR to help me get the word out about the new album. Jenn and Sam are both super nice and really easy to work with, not to mention really great musicians. Be sure to also check out their band, The Morning Birds.
